These terms explain the basic expectations for using Fox Cities RISE online services, including website pages, intake tools, RISE Workspace, and Facebook or Meta app integrations.
Effective date: May 25, 2026. By using Fox Cities RISE online services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
No employment guarantee
Participation in RISE does not guarantee employment, an interview, a job offer, partner placement, or any specific result. Information provided through RISE is for program support and readiness development.
User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, use the services lawfully, respect other participants and partners, and avoid submitting harmful, false, abusive, or unauthorized content.
Accounts and access
If you receive access to RISE Workspace or another protected tool, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity under your account.
Program information
RISE may update program details, event information, partner resources, forms, assessments, and online features at any time. We work to keep information current, but errors or changes may occur.
Privacy
Use of the services is also governed by our Privacy and Data Use notice and, for Facebook or Meta app integrations, our Facebook App Privacy Policy.
