Vision
To build a Fox Cities community where people are not overlooked because of confidence, background, education, disability, or interview challenges, but are given the support, practice, and encouragement to move toward meaningful employment.
Fox Cities RISEStartRISE sessions use assessment-guided matching, rotating mock interviews, and short coaching moments so participants can practice, adjust, and try again.

To provide Resources for Interview Success & Employment by helping community members build confidence, prepare for real-world interviews, and connect with supportive professionals who can offer practical guidance.

Too many capable people struggle to show their value in interviews, especially when they lack confidence, formal education, experience navigating professional conversations, or access to supportive networks. RISE exists to close that gap through preparation, practice, and community connection.
To help adults strengthen interview readiness, build confidence, and connect with supportive professionals through mock interview sessions, coaching feedback, career-readiness resources, and community partnerships.
